Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I buy just one flag? Yes, you can!
  

• Can I have it made in any size? Yes, you certainly can! From small 4" x 6" table flags to fairly large 60" x 96" (5ft x 8ft).
  

• Reproduce complex designs? You can! Plenty of colors, too.
  

• How about including photos? Yes! Be sure to send us high-res images (see below).
  

• Can you ship my flag within reasonable time? Yes - usually within 18-20 business days, from date of receipt of final specs, formal order and full payment.
  

• Can I pay by check, money order, or PayPal? Yes, whatever suits you best:

• Can I spend more than $100 on a 3 x 5ft custom flag with grommets? Yes, you can! :-)  But you'll really, really have to work at it, see below.

Common ways to increase your cost (aka here comes the FINE PRINT):

• Increase size over 3x5ft, add fringes & accessories

• Artwork: We'll need vector-based art (Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW) and/or high-resolution bitmaps @ min 300 dpi, 800 pixels in largest dimension, minimum.  If you don't have vector art, we can readily provide it at extra charge.

• Research: Are you unsure of design specifics and could use advice from a flag expert?  We can recommend outstanding experts in any specific field.  They may charge a fee for their services.

• Additions & Corrections: Stop and restart a project, make it a rush job, change specifications in mid-stream, add/remove colors, design features, wording - all common ways to delay your project and increase your cost.

• What's a typical cost for one 3x5ft custom flag? Only $98.50, which includes trackable Priority Mail shipping via USPS within the United States. We routinely ship overseas (extra charges apply).
